Amidst
forming of War clouds over the international borders of India
and Pakistan by way of deploying troops triggered by a Pakistani
linked terrorist attack on Indian Parliament, India reiterates
its commitment for a permanent peace in the subcontinent.
India keeping its utmost Patience even Pakistan's incessant
wrath, extends its hand of generosity, is only for maintaining
peace in the region. Stalwart and champion of Peace, Atal
Beharee Vajpayee, Prime Minister reiterates its commitment
for entire peace.
Nations of the world especially Pakistan have to take the
Prime Ministers words in its full spirit. Joining hand with
United State of America for total eradication of terrorism,
Pakistan is reluctant to take active measures to curb terrorist
outfits which have bases in its own territory.
As as part of sweeping anti-global terrorist United States
designated Pakistan base Lashkae- e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohamed
as foreign terrorist outfits. Lashkae-e-T and Jaish-e-Mohamed
are the main trouble makers in India which have a solid bases
in Pakistan. Relactancy to curb the terrorist outfits with
in the territory indicates that Pakistan's intention to make
guerrilla war against India.
In any sense it will not allowable. United States asked Pakistan
to take action against terrorist organisations operating fro
Pakistan and their leaders and finances. Like octopus the
hands of terrorist organisation spread over the subcontinent.
Timely reaction to check the hands were not taken the entire
nation not only plunge in to jeopardy but also directly effect
the development programmes of the nation.
It is because Prime Minister Atal Beharee Vajpaye voiced "
fight against terrorism is the most important issue in National
Agenda and assured we shall use all means and resources at
Indian Command to achieve these objects. India did not want
war and war is not against Pakistan but against terrorism,
but option was open India's hand was forced by Pakistan.
Keeping
with our tradition for peace India initiated cease fire in
Jammu & Kashmir with three time extension, resulting a
big suffering.
But reciprocate
of counterpart Militia regime is adverse. Pakistan's hypocrisy
on the attack of Indian Parliament came out clearly. All the
nations of the world came to understand the double different
policy of Militia regime regarding the matter of terrorism.
Now it is up to the International community to react against
the terrorism by way to pressure Pakistan give up its policy
of cross border terrorism.
Reaffirming the country's resolve to use all means and resources
at the command to root out Pakistan sponsored terrorism, Vajpayee
urged the international community to show same attitude which
had in Afganaistan.
As a protest against the attack on the very symbol of Indian
democracy Indian Parliament India had taken a few diplomatic
steps:
* Recall of Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan
* Suspension of Delhi - Lahore Bus Service
* Termination of 25 years old Samjhauta Express Train from
New Year.
This is to avert a war in the amidst of opinion from all nook
and corner to retaliate. India is fully aware that the people
of India and Pakistan wishes Peace and harmony in the region.
On the eve of New Year Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee
extends the branch of olive to General Parvez Musharaf,if
it has joined the international community to sweep global
terrorism. "Shed your anti-India mentality and take effective
steps to stop cross border terrorism and you will find India
willing to walk more than half a distance to work closely
with Pakistan to resolve, through dialogue, any issue, including
the contentious issue of Jammu & Kashmir".
These sentiments are expressed by Vajpay in a write up by
Vajpayee, "We shall triumph against terrorism "
similar to Musing he had penned from his year-end holiday
in Kerala last year. In this scenario it is to Pakistan to
respond practically for Indian measures for maintaining permanent
peace in the region.
